About Li, originally from Idaho, she is interested in insects and people. She is an NSF graduate research fellow at Yale School of the Environment, MESc '26.

Currently a STEM and Planetarium Instructor at Lower Eastside Girls Club, and Advisory Board Member of Nonhuman Teachers and Mobile Laboratory Coalition.
